Enjoy a warm and authentic working environment in the guesthouse of the vegetable garden. Settle into the spacious living area of 40m2, with several bistro tables available to accommodate your colleagues and enjoy meals as a team (Wifi). The orangerie (recently renovated) will provide the perfect setting for your working sessions (Wifi, flipchart, projector available, and a wood stove for winter). In fine weather, settle down at the round outdoor tables under the old hayloft overlooking the orchard, among the apple trees and hazelnut trees, in the honor courtyard or in the park with its rare species, to work, share and communicate while enjoying the surrounding greenery.

For company evenings, a reception room can accommodate up to 90 seated people, equipped with sound system.

On-site, enjoy the ping-pong table, large park, tennis court, volleyball and badminton net, and wooden games. Discover the region and visit the castle of Maintenon (7 km) or the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Chartres (20 km). Enjoy the wild landscapes offered by numerous hiking trails or health courses. Various activities are also available with the golf course of the castle of Maintenon or the Haras de la croix (8 km).

A team-building activity related to the history of the estate can be proposed: a walk and gathering of edible wild plants on the estate followed by a culinary workshop.
